TEAM RECORD SUMMARY
SHEET Coaches,
For your team records, there is a new
process this year. Your team's record will not be recorded
unless you follow this process. Please send an e-mail to
aysoscores@gmail.com. In
the subject of the email, you must enter your team division
(i.e. U12G), your team #, your coaches name, season
(fall08/spring09) and your record (W-L-T).
Example subject: U12G
#1 Bauman fall08 (3-3-4)
Attach your score sheet to this
e-mail. It does not matter what is put in the body of the
e-mail.

are unable to view the Line Up cards, you may need to download Adobe
Reader. You can download it free by clicking here -->

To complete your required Volunteer form go to: www.eayso.org. Print and sign 2 copies of the form. Mail both copies to: Dave Lupek, 7230 Reber, Utica MI 48317 or bring them to the Coaches Meeting.
